Job Overview
We’re hiring a Developer Relations Engineer (aka Developer Advocate) to make sure that developers using Augment are as successful as they can be. You will use your engineering and communication skills to both advocate and educate Augment to the developer community, and advocate for that community to make sure we are building the most useful and delightful tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high quality content to build awareness and educate developers
- Build a healthy developer community
- Engineer solutions using our tools and APIs to inspire and show what can be done
- Be The Developer: code, write, and connect with the development world.
Qualifications
- You have experience as a developer and are proficient at coding
- You enjoy writing text to explain as much as you enjoy writing code
- You enjoy wearing multiple hats, and jumping on what tasks have the most impact
- You are able to inspire and explain problems clearly
- You enjoy helping developers learn
- You enjoy working with a product and engineering team to advocate for the needs of our developers
- You could be an engineer or a product manager… but you love this unique role.
